  • Support is provided Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00 Central European Time (UTC+1) / Central European Summer Time (UTC+2). See the current time in CET/CEST time zone.
  • If requesting technical support, please make sure that you have an active Software Maintenance subscription (applies to Standard and Enterprise editions only).
  • For all technical inquiries please provide as much information as possible, such as description of the actual and expected behavior, application logs, screenshots, steps to reproduce etc.
